I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair for Empirical Health Economics at the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics at ETH Zürich. Prior, I worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University. I obtained my PhD at the Norwegian School of Economics in 2023. My research lies at the intersection of health economics and labor economics. My work examines how family circumstances and the organization of health care shape economic and health outcomes. I study intergenerational mobility, the labor market consequences of parenthood, and how specialization in medicine affects treatment patterns, patient outcomes, and health care spending.
